Introducing Chad Carlstedt-
Chef & Owner of Classic Culinaire Personal Chef Services.

Born and raised in Northern California, Chef Chad discovered his love for cooking as a child, and as he grew older, his love for the culinary arts grew with him.  After high school he attended Santa Rosa Junior College where he received his culinary certificate. Chef Chad then enrolled in the prestigious California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and received his degree in the culinary arts. After graduating from the CCA, he moved to South Lake Tahoe, where he honed his culinary skills in the fast paced kitchens of Harrah’s Hotel and Casino. Then Chef Chad took his talents to the Napa valley and became the head chef of Bay Leaf Restaurant. Here he was able to use fresh ingredients from their own garden to create beautifully flavored dishes. Chef Chad's most recent Chef position was for Korbel Champagne Cellars Gourmet Delicatessen and Market. Here he created a broad spectrum of gourmet Deli items for over 2 ½ years. Chef Chad now enjoys the pride of his own business, where he can create and design healthy, gourmet and delicious meals everyday for his clients.
